Magnifyr is a fun Windows utility that works just like an old-fashioned 
hand magnifier. When launched, Magnifyr asks you to choose the lens power. 
The program then captures the full screen image and displays a shiny brass
magnifier with a rosewood handle.  Drag it around with the mouse to examine
tiny bits up close.  When you are done, just click the mouse or press any 
key.

The application requires Windows 3.1, a VGA or Super VGA display, and the 
Visual Basic runtime library VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows\System Directory. 
VBRUN300.DLL is available free on CompuServe and many other services.

Magnifyr is freeware.  Distribute, use, enjoy!
